Hotel Canberra is a stunning renovated heritage hotel in Ballarat, close to Lake Wendouree and key attractions. This award winning hotel has signature Vesta x Jigs degustation restaurant and Bobby’s Bar, both of which celebrate 100% Victorian produce, and artisan, small batch and alternative varietal wines, beers and spirits. Their three bedroom also has a lounge and kitchen for those wanting a late night cup of tea or a morning snack. Rooms have team and coffee making facilities and the licensed café is open from Tuesday – Sunday offering breakfast through to evening dining with a number outside dining options including a covered courtyard and garden dining spaces.
