As Tuki approaches its 40th year, they welcome Victor Blain to the Tuki family to take the restaurant into a new era, showcasing the best produce their farm and region have to offer.

Tuki by Victor showcases the best of regional food and wine in the glorious setting of the Tuki farm with 70 kilometre panoramic views across the Daylesford Macedon region.

Tuki has an enduring commitment to organic farming practices and honouring this in the food they produce. The farm follows a cycle of sustainable measures in its commitment to feeding people well, reducing waste and creating dishes that are not only delicious but rich in nutrients.

The seasonal la carte lunch menu is $74 for two courses, $94 for three courses.

The degustation dinner menu, comprising of four courses is $110 per person.
